  • This is the 2nd trip for us to DW, I am trying to decide if the Fantasmic show is something we want to do. We are staying at the GF & from what I read, it can be kind of a late night & lots of waiting, we also want to do the Dessert Party at MK.

  • Hi Julie!

Yes!  You absolutely want to do the Fantasmic! Show at Disney's Hollywood Studios!  It is a stunning show that brings together Disney villains and Disney classic characters!  I did just look through the upcoming schedule for the next few months, and found shows are starting as early as 6:30 pm, and the latest is at 8:30pm.  Keep in mind the show is only 30 minutes in duration also.  I like to sit towards the top of the ampitheatre in order to scoot out ahead of the crowd, and if there are two shows, the latter one is always less busy. Check out the Fantasmic! link above and click on the calendar to right of the page - you can toggle through the calendar to check the show times during your vacation!

The Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party is a ''must-do'' in my book!  The view of Cinderella Castle and Wishes Nighttime Spectacular is unbeatable, and you will get to feast on bite- size desserts as well as coffee, tea, and juice!  This is a special event and not included in your theme park admission to the Magic Kingdom.  Click on the link above for ticket information.  This event usually only books up to 60 days prior to your visit.

If you have to choose between the two - I would definitely hit Fantasmic!

    Happy Planning!
    Angie
