Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- I'm 18 and going on a Disney trip with my BFF in 27 days!! I keep reading discussions about tipping. I struggle with tipping because I never know how much and who to tip, especially at WDW! Who do you tip at Disney and about how much? Thank you!

- Hi Anna!
First off, you are going to have a fabulous time with your BFF, so that's the most important thing!!
The better news is that there is not a great deal of tipping that you need to worry about at Walt Disney World so you can just concentrate on your vacation.
If you are taking Disney's free Magical Express Service from the airport, you may want to tip the driver after he/she unloads your bags at the resort. And once you check in, Bell Services will deliver your bag(s) to your room and it is appropriate to tip them as well.
Also, many guests leave a tip for "Mousekeeping" which is Disney-speak for Housekeeping Services. And finally, you will obviously tip on any meals that you eat at table service restaurants. That's it! Pretty much those four categories are where you may want to leave a tip. Now, how much for each you ask?
I will give you my standard tips and a possible range and will then leave it up to you to decide who was worthy of what.
Driver: $5-$10 depending on how many bags. One bag- $5, several bags- $10
Mousekeeping: $3-$5 per night left at the end of my stay
Bell Services: Same as Magical Express driver
Meals: 20% of check regardless of which meal it is.
Do not feel that you have to break the bank on tipping. Any gesture is appreciated by these Cast Members. However, it is probably important to remember that they rely on tips for a good portion of their earnings.
I hope this helps a bit and I wish you a Magical trip next month!! :)
