  • Hello, Jim,

You are welcome to check in once you arrive at Walt Disney World.  In fact, you can even do a majority of the work prior to your arrival online if you'd like. The catch may be that your room may not be ready at the time of your arrival. However, Bell Services can hold any luggage or packages you'd like stored. And even better, if you are using Disney's Magical Express services, any luggage you checked at the airline will be delivered to your room; you don't need to be there when it arrives.

If the room isn't ready upon your arrival, the resort will get the necessary information to contact you when it is ready. You will already have all your room keys and park tickets, so you can begin enjoying your Walt Disney World vacation knowing you'll be able to return to your room later in the day without having to stop by the front desk again.

Have a wonderful trip; please let us know if we can help again.
