Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • I will be in WDW this new year's eve with my 10 and 14 year old daughters. We are trying to decide on spending new year's eve at either Epcott or Hollywood Studios. Which would be the better park for our girls to have fun in for the entire day/night?

  • The holiday season is my favorite time for visiting the Walt Disney World resort. All the resorts and parks are decorated beautifully and they just sparkle. New Year's is a memorable time to visit. I will suggest that where ever you decide to go, get there early and bring comfortable clothes and shoes. It will be a great late night and you will all want to be as comfortable as possible. While Disney Hollywood Studios is a great park to visit during the holidays with the one of a kind Osborne Family Festival of Holiday Lights. This is a visual display that will leave you all in awe. I have never ever seen anything this cool when it comes to holiday lights. However, I think that Epcot might be more entertaining for the kids. With attractions like the all new Test Track, Soarin' Over California and Living with the Land, Epcot has it all. I have not even mentioned the World Showcase Pavilion and all of the sights, shops, attractions and variety of foods offered. There is so much to see and do. At night is a very special Illuminations show that will leave you all inspired by this awesome place. Make sure to take ride on Spaceship Earth for me and taste the delicious Beverly at the Coca Cola Club Cool. I hope this assists you in making this a perfect new year at the Happiest Place on Earth.
