Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Are there any hotels or resorts on Disney property that accomadate pets?
- - Asked by Stephanie from Florida on 8/22/2012
- Hi there Stephanie. It sounds like you have some furry family members too! My family and I really love our dogs and enjoy traveling with them as much as possible.
While none of the Disney resorts allow pets, there are some designated campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Campground that are pet-friendly for an extra charge per day. There is also a centralized kennel called Best Friends Pet Care located on Disney property near the Port Orleans Resort where you can keep your pet when you are in the theme parks. Simply check out the unofficial website: www.bestfriendspetcare.com/waltdisneyworldresort/ for further details.
You can also find additional recommendations by visiting the unofficial website: www.mousesavers.com. In the search box at the top left hand corner, type in "pet friendly accommodations".
Thanks so much for visiting us here at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel! Please feel free to send more questions my way in the days leading up to your trip!
