Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Congratulations! The "moms panel" is a great idea. This is the kind of person which share the same dream all over the world - I would be grateful if you could help me to find healthy food to my kids - they are not inured to eat fried food.

- Hi Alice,
Thanks so much for your kind words! All of us on the Disney Parks Moms Panel really enjoy sharing our knowledge of Disney with other guests.
Over the past few years, the Disney parks have made a concerted effort to offer healthier choices for guests, especially children. And Disney has made those healthier choices easy to identify: You will find a "Mickey Check" icon next to menu items that meet Disney's nutritional guidelines for healthy eating.
You can find out more at this Mickey Check link.
The Mickey Check kids meals include entrees such as turkey sandwiches, grilled chicken, baked salmon and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Instead of fries, the Mickey Check meals have carrot sticks, applesauce or other vegetables as side items.
My daughters have outgrown kids meals, but they would have been so happy to see these choices when they were younger.
If you look at the restaurant menus on the Disney website, you will see the Mickey Check meals in a separate section.
I hope that eases your mind about your food choices during your visit. Please let me know if I can help in any other way. Enjoy your time at Walt Disney World with your children!
