- My husband and I will be traveling to Disney World in April- it will be our first time with our 3 year old son going to Disney. We are planning to go to Magic Kingdom. What are must sees for a little boy that loves Cars, Planes, Monsters Inc, Mickey, etc..

- Hi Britta!
Congratulations on your upcoming visit. Your son is going to have such a magical adventure! He will absolutely love everything about the Magic Kingdom, but there are a few favorites which are at the top of my boys lists.
My 2-year-old loves his pal, Mickey Mouse, and just this December he was able to meet Magician Mickey at the Town Square Theater. What made this experience even more magical was that Mickey Mouse actually talked and conversed with my son! He was over-the-moon excited! Just check with a Cast Member when you arrive to ensure Mickey will be speaking to his guests, as it is up to his discretion and subject to change.
Another favorite is the Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor. Mike Wazowski leads the live comedy show with silly jokes and fun appearances from your favorite monster friends.
If your son likes to play dress-up and is a fan of Jake and the Never Land Pirates, then a trip to the Pirates League for a Jake and the Never Land Pirates Deluxe Package is definitely in store. Here he will be dressed and styled to the likes of his favorite Disney pirate and be able to participate in the Adventureland Pirate Parade.
My son also loves to ride Dumbo the Flying Elephant, and the greatest part is the indoor, interactive que area where he can run around and play until it is our turn to ride. I love being able to sit down for a bit, in a nice air-conditioned area where I am able to keep my eyes on him.
Have a wonderful trip and if there is anything else we can help you with, please come back and let us know.
