Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • Will we need a booster seat for Disney transportation between the airport and the Port for our almost 4 year old who weighs 40 plus pounds?
  • - Asked by Becky from Nebraska on 10/13/2012
  • Hi, Becky!  If you are taking Disney's Magical Express, you will not need a booster seat.  Florida law doesn't require car seats or booster seats on bus transportation, so if you can't squeeze one into your carry on luggage, it won't be a problem.

The same rules apply once you are at Walt Disney World.  The transportation between resorts and theme parks can also be done without a booster seat,

    Have a magical vacation!
