Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- We're going to Disney soon with my mobility limited Grandma for the first time since the changes were implemented. For rides with seperate vehicles for those in wheelchairs/ECV's, such as Small World, are we able to go through the alternate line as before?

I confirmed with a Cast Member that with the implementation of the Disability Access Service Card, all Guests go through the regular queuing area as the lanes have been widen to accommodate wheelchairs and ECVs.
Please confirm this with the Cast Members when you arrive at the attractions, but based on information provided, your Grandmother will only need to go through a different line if she has a FastPass for the attraction.
I know you may have other questions regarding access for your Grandmother. Disney has provided Guests with several options for information gathering.
