Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • I have read that the new DAS is only good for 7 days. We are coming for 9 days in May with our autistic DS. How will this work? Is there a renewal process? Thank you.

  • Hi, Jaynee!

Thanks for coming to the Moms Panel with your question. The early information we received stated the valid period of time for the new Disability Access Service (DAS) Card would be 7 days maximum. However, according to the updated information we have, the DAS Card will be valid for up to 14 days, depending on the type of tickets you have. Because you will be visiting for 9 days, you won't need to return to Guest Services to request another DAS Card during your stay.

Please follow this link to the Disney Parks DAS Card Fact Sheet recently posted on the Disney Parks Blog for further details.

I realize that many Guests have concerns about the new DAS Card and we here at the Moms Panel are very happy to help answer any questions you may have. Please stop by again if we can assist you further.

    Wishing you a magical day!
