- Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Monaliza!
Planning a first vacation to Disney World can be super exciting and a little overwhelming. No worries - you've come to the right place because we're hEAR to help.
Disney has some special offers for Disney resorts during your dates of travel but you must book by November 3, 2013 so take a look at the link quickly.
Your 2 year old will not need a ticket to enter the theme parks. I'd suggest checking the website mousesavers.com to see what ticket discounts they are currently offering.
I'm not sure how many days you plan to spend in the parks. With kids that age, I'd plan on at least 1 1/2 to 2 full days at the Magic Kingdom. There is so much for them to see and do at that age. I'd also plan to visit Hollywood Studios. We love the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights they have there during the holiday season.
A character meal always adds extra magic to a vacation to Disney World. We like breakfast buffets because its less expensive. Chef's Mickey's, The Crystal Palace and Best Friends Breakfast at 'Ohana are among our favorites. You can book online through the link shown above or by calling 407-WDW-DINE. Your 2 year old will be able to eat for free at Table Service Restaurants but you will need to include him or her in the total number for your reservation.
Since you'll be traveling with a couple of younger kids, here is a question I answered for a Guest with some tips on strollers that you may also find helpful.
I'm limited in space but please feel free to visit again with all of your questions. Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
