Thanks for the question!
So you are going to be there at a pretty busy time, but no worries! As long as you map out what you are going to do, you are going to be good. And you will love the festive holiday environment!
With four days, I would consider skipping at least one park. The Animal Kingdom can get a bit quieter at this time of year, due to climate and early sunset times. Instead I would do this;
December 21 - Magic Kingdom
December 22 - Hollywood Studios
December 23 - Epcot
December 24 - Magic Kingdom
Now on the 22nd, the Magic Kingdom is open from 7 am to 1 am. If you have a travel group that can take advantage of the later hours (i.e., no small kids), then you might swap your Magic Kingdom on the 21st/Hollywood Studios on the 22nd dates. Don't get me wrong, the Magic Kingdom will be packed. But with that many hours, you will still get a lot done.
Final bit of advice for now (write back with more questions, if you have any!);
At this time of year, the Magic Kingdom can actually reach maximum crowd capacity. Yes, they can and will (and for safety reasons have to) close the gates. So don't stroll up at 1 pm and expect to get in, especially on the 24.
Have a magical vacation!
