- Hi Daniel,
I've made that flight from New Jersey to Orlando many times. As your little girls board the plane, I bet they will be so excited to come visit Mickey Mouse!
Although their excitement will be running high, don't forget to give your daughters some time to rest after your trip down from New Jersey. Have some lunch at your resort and then enjoy some down time - either napping in your room or splashing about your resort pool. Once everyone has recharged their batteries, why not go to Disney's Hollywood Studios for a few hours? Catch the Pixar Pals Countdown to Fun parade, a showing of Beauty and the Beast, or Disney Junior - Live on Stage. These attractions are perfect for preschoolers. Next, head to 'Ohana for dinner. (You'll need to call 407-WDW-DINE to make reservations right away). Explore the fun gift shops at Disney's Polynesian Resort and then head out the back of the Great Ceremonial House. The beach behind this resort is the best place to watch the Wishes fireworks above Cinderella Castle. You'll probably be able to catch the Electrical Water Pageant too. What a magical way to kick off the first day of your vacation!
I'd spend May 17th at the Magic Kingdom. Plan to be there when the park opens. Just wait until your girls see the attractions in the New Fantasyland that have been added to this park! You'll want to start your day in that section of the park. On May 18th I suggest you take your family to Epcot. If your little ones are up for it, try to catch Illuminations: Reflections of Earth to cap off your evening.
Let us know if you need any help planning out each day in the parks. We'd be happy to make suggestions.
Wishing you many magical memories this coming May!
