Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Should I rent a car if I am going to stay at one of the resorts? What is the best way to get around? Do you know how much does it costs?

- Hi Paula,
One of my favorite things about coming to the Walt Disney World Resorts is that you do not need to rent a car. If you fly into the Orlando International Airport, you can take Disney's Magical Express to and from the airport to your resort for free.
Once you are on Disney property, you can use any of the different modes of Disney transportation to and from your resort to the parks for free.
A car rental will vary based on the time of year you are renting and the type of car. When we do rent a car which is seldom, we usually go to Priceline or Hotwire to get the best deal.
If you do decide to rent a car, it is free to park at any of the parks because you are a guest staying on property. I would not recommend you drive to Magic Kingdom as it is a long way to the park from the parking lot.
Wishing you a magical vacation!
