- Should I be able to see my flight information on 'My Disney Experience' webpage after calling Disney to add Disney Magical Express service to our reservation?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you kindly for stopping by and asking us your planning question. I love how not only is Disney's Magical Express a wonderful convenience, but also that your Disney vacation starts, literally, as you are leaving the airport. I enjoy learning about the new experiences at Walt Disney World and laughing at the wacky videos, on my way to the resort!
You won't see your flight itinerary on your My Disney Experience account, but rather, just that you have a Disney's Magical Express reservation. Shortly before your arrival date, you will receive documentation and luggage tags from Disney's Magical Express, which will include your flight information. Make sure you verify this document to ensure they have listed the correct flights and times. If there are any discrepancies or you don't receive this packet within two weeks of your arrival date, please call Disney's Magical Express to remedy the situation.
