- Hi! We are planing a first week in May DW visit. Can you tell me what the crowds are like during this time of year? Love the panel! Thanks

- Hi Lesa. Based upon my experience, early May is a fine time to visit. I have personally been to Disney around this time twice before and I recall the crowds being quite reasonable.
On your behalf, I checked with the website maintained by my favorite visitor's guide (Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World) that shows a daily crowd projection. By comparison, this week is noted as being considerably lighter than compared to the weeks throughout April and those in late May (due to Easter Holidays/Spring Break and Memorial Day). Another positive is the weather is generally quite nice, being warm (but not too hot) and generally dry.
So, I believe this a fine time to visit. Hope this helps and have a great time!
