Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • My family and I will be visiting Disney World January 1-11, 2009. I would love to see the giant gingerbread house at the Grand Floridian, will it still be up? And what other decorations will we be able to see?
  • - Asked by Gail from New Hampshire on 8/20/2008
  • Hi Gail! Generally the holiday decorations stay up until around January 3rd or 4th, so you should be in luck! To be sure, you want to give Disney's Grand Floridian Resort(407-824-3000) a call closer to your travel dates to see how long the gingerbread house will be up.

The Disney Moms were in Walt Disney World last December and the gingerbread house and more are truly worth visiting Walt Disney World during the holiday season! Have a great time planning and a magical trip!
