Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • We will be visiting WDW in March with our teen son and 21 year old dau. who have never been to Disney. We are celebrating her grad. from college and his grad. from HS We are staying at Coranado Springs. Any tips for what we should see and do while there

  • Congratulations on all the graduations in your family!  WDW is a wonderful place to celebrate and can be overwhelming with all the choices of things to do.  I would first encourage you to purchase a travel book (I like the Passporters book) to get an overview of the parks and dining to prioritize must-sees for everyone.  You can order FREE customized maps of the parks that allow you explore before you visit as well as the planning DVD.  Then, you will also want to think about dining and making advanced dining reservations soon for table service restaurants at 407-WDW-DINE.  www.allearsnet.com is a wonderful website that includes menus from the restaurants so you can see prices and selections beforehand - think of trying something new, such as African cuisine (Bomas).  You may also want to consider some activities outside of the parks such as parasailing, Cirque du Soleil, Disneyquest, to name just a few.  We also enjoy visiting the resorts since the theming is so amazing with each one and that doesn't cost anything.  But with all those ideas, I would make sure and see Wishes and Illuminations, the firework displays at EPCOT and Magic Kingdom.  This is just a sampling of ideas; please don't hesitate to ask more specific questions!   Kara
