Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- My DD9 loves pressed pennies. do they still have them at WDW and how much do they cost? She is saving her pennies. Thanks for all your info. We can't wait to be there.

- Hi Elizabeth,
Pressed pennies are great! They make an inexpensive souvenir, and it's fun to try and get as many as possible. At Disney World you can get pressed pennies as well as pressed quarters. Prices are subject to change, but on my last visit, the cost of a pressed penny was 51 cents (2 quarters and 1 penny), while the cost of a pressed quarter was $1.25 (four quarters and the quarter to be pressed). They also make books to hold your pressed penny collection, so be sure to look for these in the gift shops if you don't already have one.
For some tips on how to get the best quality prints on your pressed pennies and the location of the penny machines in Walt Disney World, click on this link to allears.net. Once at the site, click on the BEYOND THE PARKS link at the top of the page. On the left hand side of the screen you'll see "Pressed Penny & Quarter Guide" located under "Other Fun Things". You can also request a pressed penny location list at Guest Relations in each of the parks.
Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation, and have fun collecting!
