Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • I will be visiting DW with my 7yo daughter. Can you please suggest some rides/activities? I've heard doing the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a must, unfortunately they are booked for the day we will be @ MK and we won't be downtown at all. Any suggestions?

  • Hello Krystan!  I am so excited you are coming to Walt Disney World with your daughter!  I am sure you will make magical memories that will last a lifetime.   Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a great experience, but you will find plenty other activities throughout the resort for your princess to enjoy!

I asked my 8 year old daughter what she recommends, immediately her answer was My Disney Girl's Perfectly Princess Tea Party.   This event is held at the Garden View Tea Room at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.  "Rose Petal", a magic rose from Princess Aurora's gardens comes alive to host this event filled with stories, and sing-alongs.  To top it all off your daughter gets to take home her very own 18 inch My Disney Girl doll dressed as Aurora.   I highly suggest an advance reservation, which can be made up to 180 days prior to your trip.   You can call (407) WDW-MYTEA or (407) 939-6983.

You will want to also be sure to stop in Princess Fairytale Hall, here you will be able to meet Cinderella, and Rapunzel along with two other visiting princesses.   This is also a new FastPass+ attraction, so be sure to include it in your days itinerary.

I wish you pixie dusted planning, I know you and your daughter will have THE BEST DAY EVER!

    ~Jen
