  • Hi Lindsay!

How exciting you will be visiting Walt Disney World in just a few weeks! I know your son must be super excited! Since I'm not sure which parks you are planning to visit, I'm listing my "can't miss" attractions for each, just to be on the safe side. If you decide to visit all four theme parks, I suggest adding the Park Hopper Option in order to visit Disney's Animal Kingdom Park and Epcot on the same day.

At Magic Kingdom Park, don't miss Pirates of the Caribbean, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain, Haunted Mansion, Jungle Cruise, Peter Pan's Flight, "it's a small world," Mickey's PhilharMagic, Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, and Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor. You will also want to see Main Street Electrical Parade and Wishes Nighttime Spectacular. At Disney's Hollywood Studios, don't miss Toy Story Midway Mania!, The Great Movie Ride, Star Tours - The Adventures Continue, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, and Fantasmic!  Don't miss Kilimanjaro Safaris, Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain, DINOSAUR, Festival of the Lion King, and Finding Nemo - The Musical at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. My favorite attractions at Epcot include Test Track, Soarin', Spaceship Earth, Mission:SPACE, and The Seas with Nemo & Friends.

At Magic Kingdom Park, consider enjoying a quick-service lunch at the enchanting Be Our Guest Restaurant. My eight-year-old twin boys loved being able to sit in the mysterious West Wing when we dined at Beast's castle. Another family favorite is T-REX Cafe at Downtown Disney, which features a prehistoric themed setting and life-size animatronic animals.

I hope this helps! Please don't hesitate to visit me again with any additional questions. Best wishes for a magical trip!

    Jodie
