- Downtown Disney is one of my favorite spots in Walt Disney World! There is no charge to park at or enter the Downtown Disney area, but there is an additional cost for many of the activities.
Downtown Disney is home to shops, restaurants, movie theaters and boat rentals. There is the World of Disney Store, an enormous store loaded with your favorite Disney merchandise. Inside the World of Disney is the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, a salon where your little girl can be transformed into a princess!
For an additional fee, you can enter Disney Quest, an indoor interactive theme park. If you have the Water Park and More option on your tickets, you can use one of your options for admission into Disney Quest.
Other exciting entertainment options include Characters in Flight, a helium balloon that takes you 400 feet above Village Lake or the Cirque du Soleil show: La Nouba . There is so much to see and do, plan for at least half a day at Downtown Disney. Enjoy your time in WDW and at Downtown Disney!
