- Greetings Cyndy!
How exciting you will be celebrating your 15th Anniversary during your first visit to the "Most Magical Place on Earth!" Your boys are going to love everything a Walt Disney World vacation has to offer!
California Grill, located on the 15th floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort, offers sweeping views of Magic Kingdom Park and the Seven Seas Lagoon. This popular dining location is also known for the delicious California cuisine that is served from the open air kitchen. I have taken my four children, which range in age from eight to fifteen, several times now and they always love the experience. Guests dining at California Grill are also able to watch Wishes Nighttime Spectacular from the observation deck following their dinner. I personally believe the overall experience makes for a magical evening.
You may also consider dining at 'Ohana, which is located at Disney's Polynesian Resort, for a festive Polynesian-inspired meal. Other personal favorites include Teppan Edo in the Japan Pavilion at Epcot and Jiko - The Cooking Place at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.
Guests may begin booking Advanced Dining Reservations for table-service meals 180 days in advance by calling (407) WDW-DINE or by going online here. I hope this information helps! Please don't hesitate to visit me again if you would like any additional dining recommendations or have any other vacation planning questions. I would love to assist you further in the planning of a magical first trip. On behalf of the DIsney Parks Moms Panel, "Happy 15th Anniversary," Cyndy!
