- Hi there Stacey!
If you're vacation package includes any Disney Dining Plan that has table-service credits, you should not pay in advance for your meals. Since it sounds like you may have already paid with your credit card, you'll want to contact a cast member at 407-WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 for assistance regarding a refund and to change your existing reservations to coincide with your dining plan.
For future reference, to book your dining reservations online while apply dining plan credits at the same time, you'll want to follow the process I've detailed below.
Click on the “Book Your Reservation” link in orange under the photo of
your preferred restaurant on the Disney reservations website.
On the resulting page, you'll see a box
marked "Make a Reservation" about halfway down the page. At the bottom
of the box that says "Make a reservation," there is a link that says "I
want to use my dining plan to book reservations". Select this option and
then, enter your vacation package confirmation number, last name and
the date of your arrival. Once you've followed these steps, the system
should recognize that you are on the Disney Dining Plan and not charge you.
Also, be sure to choose the correct seating category for Hoop-Dee Doo Musical Revue in order to use dining plan credits.
