- Hello Melinda! Thank you for asking your question here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We love helping!
I am not sure what Walt Disney World Resort you are staying at but I would certainly check out that resort's food court. Each food court offers a variety of breakfast offerings, many of them include some sort of platter. I think breakfast wise this is where you will get the best bang for your buck! I did a quick search and compared several resort food court breakfast options and found most of the menus offer pancakes and bacon, breakfast quesadillas, Mickey waffles, omelets and french toast. Breakfast platters on a lot of the menus included eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuit, breakfast potatoes and french toast or a Mickey waffle. There were several other options I found during my search on the lighter side too like yogurt parfaits and muffins. It sounds like eating breakfast at your resort's food court is going to be a great option for you and your teens.
I hope this helped you in decided where to enjoy breakfast at while you are on vacation at Walt Disney World. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me!
