Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Can adults order from children's menus at all? Sometimes just not up to a full adult meal and hate to waste the food.

- Hi, Patti! I have never had anyone question me when I order from the children's menu. Due to gastric bypass surgery, there are times when I just don't feel like a big meal, and if there is something healthy offered on the children's menu, I'll ask for that.
I cannot imagine any difficulty at a counter service location. Table service locations may decline your request, but, again, I have never had that happen.
You might also consider an appetizer, soup, or salad in place of an adult meal. I also find great success eating light by keeping my menu choices limited to items on the appetizer side of the menu.
Have a great visit to Walt Disney World!
