Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • We are visiting Disney World at the end of October and I'm trying to make a dinner reservation for "Ohana's, but there are no times available the entire week. Do times ever become available or is there a waiting list that we could be put on?

  • Hi Kim:

    It's very disappointing that you cannot get reservations at 'Ohanas. It's one of Disney World's most popular restaurants, so I'm not surprised that reservations booked up that early. What I would do is to try to book an advance dining reservation at a second choice. I would then check for 'Ohana availability periodically. Cancellations happen, and there is a chance you can grab a reservation due to a cancellation. Being flexible with your dining times can really increase your chances of getting a table. You can also try a walk-up, but because the restaurant is popular, you may end up having a long wait or being told there is no availability.  If you have young children or older members of your party who prefer to eat at set times, it may be risky to chance the walk-ups since they may not be up for a long wait.
