Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- My family and I will be visiting your park in Sept. I am on a gluten free diet. Could you please send me a list of places to eat that have gf dinners? We are staying at the Carribean Beach Resort. We also have purchased the meal plan. Thank you

I feel your pain. I have recently had to go gluten free myself and I know it isn't always easy. Thankfully at a place like Disney it isn't always hard, either. They go above and beyond to accommodate guests' special needs.
First, I suggest making your dining reservations soon. When you make reservations, ask the Cast member to note that you require gluten-free meals. You can also call (407) 939-3463 after you arrive to inquire about other restaurants. Finally, talk to your server when you are seated. Often the chef comes out to speak to you personally about allergy concerns, but with gluten-free diets being as common as they now are you won't have a problem. Table service meals are the easiest way to dine with an allergy, as the restaurants have the time and resources available to prepare something just for you.
Counter or quick service dining is a bit trickier. They are not equipped to prepare something completely from scratch for you, but they do have ingredient lists to provide you so you can make informed decisions. I've not known anyone who had a problem where they could not eat at a fast food location, it just takes a little more time so plan for that accordingly. I would recommend that you bring your own gluten-free snacks to the park with you, as GF fast snacks are harder to find. You'll always be able to grab a piece of fresh fruit but beyond that most of the snacks I've encountered do contain gluten.
