  • Hi there, Jessica!

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel! I'm so glad you were able to secure an Advanced Dining Reservation for Be Our Guest Restaurant during your vacation! That can be a tough one to get if you don't make it at 180-days out.

I checked the calendar for each day of your vacation and I see that the Main Street Electrical Parade runs at 9:00 p.m. every night of your vacation. Your Advanced Dining Reservation time is pretty close to that and I feel like you'd really have to hurry to be able to catch the Parade on the same night. See, your 8:10 time doesn't necessarily mean that you'll be seated right at that time, it means that when you check in at the restaurant podium, you will be seated as the next available table opens up. But, let's [hypothetically] say you were seated right at 8:10 just for planning sake. Your server would be over within 5-minutes or so to take your beverage order and you might even be ready to place your order by then if you've been able to read the menu and make your decision. I'm figuring that by that time, at least 10-minutes would have gone by and your meals would more-than-likely take at least 20-minutes or so to prepare putting them at your table by around 8:45. Of course, this is ALL hypothetical, but this is the very best possible case scenario I can think of. If there are any delays whatsoever, there wouldn't be enough time.

It wouldn't leave you much time to get out to the Parade route from the restaurant and you'd really have to hurry. You'd be fine with that dining reservation time for making it to see Wishes though. I'm wondering if you could catch the Parade on a different night of your trip? Dining at Be Our Guest Restaurant is one of those not-to-be-missed experiences in my book!

Please let us know if we can help with any other questions you have!

Wishing you and your family a Pixie Dusted vacation!

    ~Jackie
