Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- What is the best character dining for 2 and 5 year old girls? They love the princesses, but we won't have time to dine on our day at Magic Kingdom. Are there any less expensive options? Any suggestions for common characters they will know?

- Hi Hillary,
While it's true that the two character dining experiences where guests can greet their favorite princesses are located inside theme parks (Epcot and Magic Kingdom), there are still some terrific options for guests outside the parks.
1900 Park Fare at Grand Floridian is one of my favorite dining spots. For breakfast, characters such as Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Alice in Wonderland, Mad Hatter, and Mary Poppins greet guests. In the evening Cinderella and Prince Charming host dinner along with Lady Tremaine and the two stepsisters, Anastasia and Drizella.
For more traditional characters, Cape May Cafe at Beach Club is a fun option. It features Minnie, Donald and Goofy all dressed for a day at the beach.
Breakfast will be your least expensive character meal, and 1900 Park Fare is one of the best bargains - although it's still a bit of a splurge.
Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!
