  • hi- heading to Disney oon 11/30 for 4 yr old daughters bday-staying at AoA- to get breakfast at GF we need to take the bus to MK then monorail to GF? How long will this take? Is it worth doing breakfast at Boma with 2 & 4 yrs old?

  • Christine, your princess is about to experience a birthday fit for royalty!

The standard guideline is to allow an hour and a half to travel between destinations by resort transportation at Walt Disney World. If your wait time for a bus to the Magic Kingdom is short, you could make the trip in a shorter time. Considering you have to change transportation, however, do allow ample time to make your breakfast.

No matter how old you are, breakfast at Boma is aways a good idea. The restaurant's stunning architecture and fabulous buffet spread are a marvelous experience. The grown ups will adore the innovative, unique breakfast choices, your four year old will have kid friendly and fun options and your two year old is free. After your meal, take your kids to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge's lookout to view the safari animals roaming the savanna. Where else outside of Africa can you eat pancakes, bacon, and omelets and then walk only a few feet to see giraffes, antelope, and zebras?

    Enjoy your visit to Mickey!
