Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Our 19 months old has food allergies and we are bringing her food. We are staying at a value resort and will request a refrigerator. Can we bring a microwave to use in our room to warm her food? Is there access to microwave anywhere in the parks?

- Hi there Robert.
I'm afraid that microwave ovens and other small appliances are not permitted in guest rooms, other than those supplied by Walt Disney World in suite accommodations such as those in All-Star Music or Art of Animation Family Suites at the value resort level.
You will find that there are microwaves available for Guest use in the Quick Service Dining Food Courts at all Walt Disney World Resorts. If you think you'll need convenient access to the food court and microwaves frequently during your stay, you may wish to place a request on your reservation file to be located close to the main resort lobby and food court area. To better your chances of your request being granted, your best option would be to upgrade your accommodation type to be a 'Preferred Room Location' if you have not already done so.
When in the parks, you'll find equipment for warming baby or toddler foods in the Baby Care Centers. There's a Baby Care Center located in each of the four parks. Usage of the facilities is complimentary and I've included a link for you that outlines the many conveniences offered at the centers. To see the location of the Baby Care Center in each park, click on the link above and then use the interactive map tool at the bottom of the page.
I hope this information is helpful to you Robert.
If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to write me back. I'd love to hear from you again.
Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
