Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
We are staying 14nts. If we purchase a length of stay Mug when we arrive, will it be valid on the day of departure. If not, if we buy it the next day, will it be valid until departure?
Thank you Moms, you're invaluable.

- Hi, James!
From what I understand about the Rapid Refill mugs, each day counts as 1 day, not a 24 hour period. So, if you buy your mug on your arrival day, from arrival until midnight is Day 1. Therefore, you would need a total of 15 days on your mug for your 14 night stay. Your best option would be to wait until the morning of Day 2 so your mug will be active for the duration of your stay. However, if you leave early on your last day and would have gotten more use out of it on your arrival day, then plan accordingly.
I know this is a bit confusing! We all need to get used to all the new systems in place, with Rapid Refill being one of those things. I am sure a Cast Member in your resort's food court will be happy to explain all the details. Enjoy!
