Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Next week, we have reservations at Cape May Cafe for dinner at 5:05. That same day, we're scheduled to do the Wild Africa Trek at 1:30. No alternate times are available for either reservation. Do you think we'll have enough to make it to dinner?

- Howdy Sasha!
I'm going to be experiencing the Wild Africa Trek at the end of the month and I am beyond excited!! I'm so glad you were able to get a reservation!!! You are going to love it!!!
I am a very positive, sky is pink, life is beautiful, we can do anything we put our minds to kind of person. I tell you this because I am very fearful that you will not make your reservation at Cape May Café and I would HIGHLY encourage you to change your dining reservation date or time.
The trek is 3 hours in length. From there you will need to get to the theme park entrance and to your resort. If you are using Disney Transportation, a good rule to live by is to give yourself an hour to get to your destination. While it doesn't typically take that long, it's better to play it safe when dealing with reservations.
Cape May Cafe is a wonderful restaurant and I would hate for you to miss your reservation. If you are able to, I would suggest modifying your reservation to no earlier than 6:00 PM that evening. If you arrive at Disney's Beach Club Resort earlier than that, you can check-in at the restaurant and if they are able to seat you earlier, they will do so. You can check availability online or by calling Disney Dining Reservations at (407) 939-1947.
Thanks so much for your question and please let me know if you need any further information as you put the finishing touches on your vacation planning! Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!!
