Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Hi, I have a reservation at CRT at MK. It will just be me and my mom, both adults celebrating our 1st vacation alone together and Disney trip w/out kids. Are adults allowed to dress up in formal gowns not Disney princesses for dinner at CRT? Thanks!

- Hi Elizabeth,
I love this idea!
As long as you're not dressed as a Disney character, there are no prohibitions against dressing nicely at the Disney parks. While I've often seen adults dressed in formal wear to dine at Disney's signature restaurants in the resorts, I have not seen this myself in the Magic Kingdom. I think getting gussied up for Cinderella's Royal Table is a fantastic show of spirit. You're likely to get lots of attention from the characters.
Be sure to take lots of photos (I know you will) both in the castle and on Main Street USA. They're bound to become an instant classic.
Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
