Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- We'll be at WL just after our anniversary, planning dinner for me & DH (DD will go to Cubs Den). Thinking of Bistro de Paris, Le Cellier, California Grill, Citricos, Narcoosee's or Artist Point. Have read good reviews of all. How do I choose one?

- Happy anniversary!
These restaurants are all good choices, but in the interest of narrowing it down, there are a few that I would knock of your list.
Both Bistro de Paris and Le Cellier, I'd take off your list. They are good restaurants, but if you dined there, with you staying at the Wilderness Lodge, you would be spending a large chunk of your valuable romance time traveling back and forth to Epcot. Plus, you'd have to use a theme park admission. This is fine if you have a park hopper or were at Epcot earlier in the day, but if you have just a base ticket, then you would be spending a day of park admission in addition to the cost of dinner.
The other restaurants on your list are in resorts that are fairly close to the Wilderness Lodge, so neither transportation nor park admission is a factor. The food at all of them is excellent. As for atmosphere, the California Grill is particularly special if you can time your meal to coincide with the Magic Kingdom fireworks. During the fireworks, the lights in the restaurant are dimmed and the beautiful Wishes music fills the room. Very romantic.
For food, my favorite restaurant at WDW happens to be Artist Point. If I had to choose my last meal it would be the Artist Point cedar plank salmon and a glass of Washington State Reisling. As an added bonus, the restaurant happens to be right in your hotel. So, should the glass of wine make you feel particularly amorous during your anniversary meal, it would be oh-so-convenient to sneak up to your room for a little canoodling with your spouse, while your daughter is safely being taken care of downstairs in the Cubs Den. I'm just sayin' :-)
