- Hi Mike,
Disney's Magical Express is a complimentary transportation serviced offered to Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort arriving and departing from the Orlando International Airport.
Once Guest arrive to the Orlando International Airport, they then make their way to Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center, located on Side B, Level 1, Ground Transportation. And no need to head to baggage claim, Disney's Magical Express will mail you luggage tags. If your flight lands between 5:00a.m.- 10:00p.m., and if you choose to use them, your bags will be transported to your room about 3 hours after you arrive to your Disney Resort. Once at Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center you and your family will be directed to a motorcoach that will whisk you away to begin your magical vacation.
The day before departure, a Transportation Notice will be hung on your door indicating the time and location of your Disney's Magical Express pickup. Pickup times are usually scheduled three hours before your departure flight time. Guest flying domestically and with a participating airline, on the day of their departure can head to the Resort Airline Check-In desk, a Cast Member can point the way. There you can check-in your luggage and obtain boarding passes prior to departing on the Disney's Magical Express and you will arrive in plenty of time to the Orlando International Airport.
Guest reserve their spot on Disney's Magical Express either during the time of making their resort reservation or by calling (407)939-1936 for U.S. and Canadian Guests. Approximately 42days before your Walt Disney World vacation an Information Kit/Pre-Boarding packet will be mailed with luggage tags and other Disney's Magical Express Information.
