Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • Hi Kirsten, I have changed my flights times so we can arrive at WDW earlier in the day. How do I change my magical express pick up time? Thanks!

  • Hi Nicki!

Adding some extra time to your Disney Day is always a great thing! That's great that you were able to switch to some earlier flights!

Making a quick call to Magical Express at 1-866-599-0951 is all you need to do. Be sure to have your resort reservation number handy at the time of your call.

Disney's Magical Express schedules their motor coaches throughout the day according to the number of expected passengers arriving at Orlando International Airport, so you'll be helping keep them on track by letting them know of your time change.

You can expect to receive a package from Magical Express including your transportation vouchers for the coach, as well as your brightly coloured luggage tags (1 per guest in your travel party), in the mail about 3-4 weeks prior to your departure. If you plan to be traveling with more than 1 piece of checked luggage per person on your departing flight, you can also request additional luggage tags when you call about your flight change.

These tags allow the baggage handlers at MCO to identify your luggage for Disney, who will have them "Magically" arrive at your resort for you later in the day - allowing you to head straight off to a day full of fun!

Thanks for visiting Nicki! I hope you'll stop by again soon if I can be of any further assistance to you in the planning of your upcoming Walt Disney World holiday!

    Kirsten
