Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- I remember that Disney used to allow one child under the age of three to stay in a pack and play in the hotel rooms. Has this policy changed? I have not been able to book a regular room with five people (including one infant).

- Kieran, little mousketeers are welcome to bunk in a portable crib in your room.
Children under three are not included in your room limit; you may book a four person room with five guests if one is an infant. Sometimes the online system is not cooperative in allowing you to add an under three year old to your room count, so try calling 407.934.7639 where a helpful Cast Member can assist you in booking a room. If you just want to check out your options and prices at the various resorts, leave your littlest one out when listing the number of children in your party. This method will allow you to see what resorts have availability and find out pricing for the dates you want to book. Once you decide, you can make a reservation by phone if the system still won't let you book with your baby included.
