Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Can you see cinderella fireworks from Contemporary Bay tower or someplace on resort?
- - Asked by Beth on 3/3/2013
- Hi Beth,
Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort does have a Fireworks Viewing Area next to the Top of the World lounge. Due to intense popularity, access to this area is limited to Disney Vacation Club members staying at Bay Lake Tower.
Chef Mickey's on the fourth floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort offers wonderful views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks show Wishes. The balcony here tends to be less crowded than the one of the top floor by California Grill.
The California Grill restaurant on top of Disney's Contemporary Resort is another good choice to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks. An open balcony allows everyone to step outside for spectacular views of brilliant bursts of light and color exploding over Cinderella Castle. Currently this restaurant is closed for refurbishment with plans to reopen late summer.
Also consider the beach at Disney's Polynesian Resort as a spot to enjoy Wishes. Splendid castle views and no dining reservations needed!
