Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Hi Moms. My wife and I will be celebrating our 35th anniversary at WDW. We have king bed reservations at the Caribbean Beach Resort. Which area would you recommend staying in that is the quietest? Would one of the Port Orlean resorts be a better option?

- Hi George! Congratulations on your 35th wedding anniversary! I can't think of a better place to celebrate it than the Walt Disney World Resort!
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is a sprawling resort consisting of six exotic two-story "island villages." If you don't mind being located furthest from the resort's main facilities, request a room in Trinidad South. This area of the resort is the farthest from Old Port Royale and should therefore be the quietest. Jamaica and Aruba also offer more secluded accommodations than the remaining "island villages" found at the resort. Do request a corner room since these have more windows. If you have mobility issues request a room on the first floor of the resort.
If you opt to switch your reservation to one of Disney's Port Orleans Resorts, I would suggest Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. This resort is themed after the famed New Orleans French Quarter. In my opinion, the freshly baked beignets offered at the Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory alone would be enough to tip the scales. I would also recommend this resort for its more compact layout, exceptionally themed pool, and proximity to the Downtown Disney Area. Read more about it HERE.
Please keep in mind that room requests are not guaranteed. However, Cast Members will try to accommodate your preferences based on resort occupancy and other factors taking place when you arrive on property. Please let me know if I can answer any other Disney Vacation planning questions for you.
Enjoy celebrating your 35th anniversary Disney-style!
