Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Welcome new moms and dads! My question we are staying at POP have Reservations for Chef Mickeys at 8pm, can we drive our car to Contemporary in AM park there and take monorail to Epcot. Not sure if your allowed to park at other resorts?

- Hi Samantha!
Unfortunately you can not park your car at the Contemporary all day. When you arrive at the security gate, they will give you a three hour guest parking pass, and they usually have a list of reservations that they will check your name off of. The parking lot at the Contemporary is not very big, and I think they enforce the three hour limit so that guests who are staying in the resort will have places to park.
There are two options that I can think of for your transportation. First, you could park at Epcot, spend the day and then take the monorail to the Contemporary. After dinner at Chef Mickey's just take the monorail back to Epcot.
Another option would be to park at the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC) in the morning. From the TTC, take the monorail to Epcot. Take the monorail from Epcot to the Contemporary for your dinner reservations, and after dinner monorail back to the TTC.
I would personally park at the TTC. This would be the most efficient way to get to Epcot and the Contemporary. The monorail usually runs for two hours past park closing, and since you are a Disney resort guest you can park at either Epcot or the TTC for free. I wouldn't risk parking at the Contemporary all day, the last thing you would want is to find that your car has been towed. Have a wonderful trip!
