Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Just booked my trip for 10 days at the Wilderness Lodge! I stayed there a few years back but I was VERY pregnant. Theres a lot of things I was unaware of, like the boat parade that went by every night! What are some things I can do with my fam at the hotel?

- Hi Karen,
You have chosen a fantastic resort. Disney's Wilderness Lodge happens to be my absolute favorite resort in all of Walt Disney World. I absolutely love walking into the majestic lobby with the music from classic westerns playing overhead. It is certainly a site to behold.
There are quite a few fun activities to enjoy with your family around the resort. Be sure to ask the front desk for the "Hidden Mickey" scavenger hunt hint sheet. It will take you all around the hotel, inside and out, while you hunt for them. Some of them can be a bit tricky, but it is a lot of fun, regardless of how many you find. Another unique thing to do is to rent a surrey bike for the family and take a stroll around the resort. These 2 and 4 person bicycles can be rented at Teton Boat and Bike Rentals near the pool. Speaking of the pool, the Silver Creek Springs Pool is a heated pool with a super waterslide. In the evenings near the pool (weather permitting), you can view a classic Disney movie on a giant screen under the stars. We did this with our kids one evening. They loved it and it was a great way to unwind after a busy day at the parks. Lastly, there is an evening campfire sing-a-long with marshmallow roasting. For locations and schedules for these events, be sure to check with guest services as they could change or vary without notice.
Have a wonderful time enjoying this resort in a whole new light.
