- Hi Erica!
You and your family will have plenty of opportunities to get wet with the Recreation options included in the Disney Platinum Dining Plan. If you will click on the link I just posted, you will find a lot of great information about everything that is included, along with the phone numbers you can call to make your reservations.
For water sports such as parasailing, water-skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, and personal watercraft excursions, you will be going through Sammy Duvall's Water Sports Centre at Disney's Contemporary Resort Hotel. The number to call is (407) 939-0754.
For guided fishing excursions, call (407) WDW-BASS. Other water craft rentals are available throughout Walt Disney World Resorts, & include pontoon boats, kayaks, canoes, pedal boats, sail boats, Boston Whaler Montauks, and the Sea Raycer by Sea Ray.
The guide I linked you to includes a chart letting you know the exact location of all of these activities.
I hope this is helpful! I encourage you to make your reservations ahead of time, and I hope you really enjoy everything that Walt Disney World has to offer!
