Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- We are visiting Hollywood Studio's for the Star Wars Weekends. Can anyone give me advice on finding the parade schedule. Also, I see the schedule for the Jedi Academy training. Is this like Enchanted Tales where you do not need a ticket?

- Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Eleni ~
My family loves Star Wars Weekends and we're excited for the 2014 events!
As of right now, they have only announced the 2014 event dates but haven't announced the schedule of events. In 2013, the Legends of the Force Motorcade was at 11:00 a.m. followed by the Celebrity Welcome at 11:15 a.m. but that could change this year. You can keep your eye on the link shown above for updates and you're always welcome to check back with us as the time gets closer.
You will not need a ticket for Jedi Training Academy but pre-registration is highly recommended because it is a super popular experience especially during Star Wars Weekends.
Registration is held at the ABC Sound Studios near Star Tours and the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular. When you enter the park, head straight down Hollywood Boulevard. When you reach the Sorcerer's Hat, go left between Echo Lake and The American Idol Experience. The ABC Sound Studio will be on your right just beyond the American Idol Experience.
Each child that wants to participate must be with you (or an adult) at the time they sign up. The Cast Members ask each potential Padawan a couple of questions to make sure they can follow basic instructions.
Jedi Training Academy is a very popular experience. Registration is on a first come first serve basis and when they've reached their capacity for the day, they will close registration. I'd recommend arriving at Hollywood Studios early and heading over to sign up to ensure a spot for the day.
Please feel free to visit with any other questions. It is my pleasure to assist you.
May the Force Be With You :-) Allison V.
