Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • My boys 4 and 7 really want to do the Jedi Training camp. If we arrive right away when the park opens or before what is the likelyhood they will get a slot for training that day?

  • Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Annette ~

I feel the force is strong with your younglings. Jedi Training Academy at Disney's Hollywood Studios is out of this world fun for boys and girls ages 4 - 12 years old. I love to watch even when my sons are not participating.

While nothing is guaranteed, if you are at the park before it opens and head towards registration first thing, I think your chances will be pretty good.  Registration is held at the ABC Sound Studio near Star Tours and the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular. When you enter the park, head straight down Hollywood Boulevard. When you reach the Sorcerer's Hat, go left between Echo Lake and The American Idol Experience. The ABC Sound Studio will be on your right just beyond the American Idol Experience.

Keep in mind that each child that wants to participate must be with you (or an adult) at the time they sign up. The Cast Members ask each potential Padawan a couple of questions to make sure they can follow basic instructions.

Please feel free to visit again with any other questions. We're hEAR for you!

May the force be with you!  :-) Allison V.
