Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • We are traveling to WDW this February. Our girls are almost 7 and 1 1/2. I am planning on having 3 days in the parks, 2 @ Magic Kingdom and 1 @ Animal Kingdom. Is 2 at Magic Kingdom too much? Should I plan EPCOT on the 3rd day?

  • Hi, Amelia! I like that you have two days at Magic Kingdom.  Animal Kingdom is a good choice, but, unless your kids are animal fanatics, I suggest Disney's Hollywood Studios for their ages. That's where you'll find Disney Junior - Live on Stage! and the parade, Pixar Pals Countdown to Fun!. You'll also want to check out Toy Story Mania! and the Voyage of the Little Mermaid.  If you have a Cars fan, Lightning McQueen makes an appearance in the Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show.  My kids always enjoyed playing in the "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" Movie Set.  You also might want to eat at Pizza Planet and meet and greet with the fantastic characters that are here: Phineas and Ferb, Buzz, Woody, and Jessie, Mike and Sully, the Little Einsteins, and many more!  I would pick Hollywood Studios over Animal Kingdom or Epcot for your girls. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
