Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • I am planning a trip to Disney in April, I will be renting an ECV. Are there any special lines for wheelchairs or special tickets that I will need to access any of the rides that I can get on?

  • Great Question!!! There is not a separate ticket needed to drive your ECV through the park. Most of the attractions can't accommodate an ECV through the standard lines, look for a cast member to get boarding instructions as soon as you arrive at the attraction.  If the attraction can't accommodate a ECV on the ride, if you are able to transfer yourself to the ride's vehicle, then you can ride.  You are able to receive help getting out of your seat from a family member or someone in your party, the cast members will not be able to assist you because they are not trained to handle such transfers.  Have a great time!!!
