Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Please help... I let my photopass expire and want to know if my photos are really really gone.. I sent an email to photopass, but i'm awaiting reply. Has anyone else ever been through this? I can't be the only absent minded person, right?

Rest assured, you are not the only absent-minded one! I did this myself after our last trip, and I definitely felt a moment of panic!
I recommend that you do as I did and call PhotoPass. Of course there is no guarantee that they will be able to recover your pictures, but I can say I was fortunate enough that they were able to retrieve mine.

"If you would like to speak to one of our team members, you can reach us at 407-560-4300. Our live phone hours are 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. eastern time, seven days a week. If you reach us after 1 p.m., please leave a message providing your name, phone number, account sign-in information, PhotoPass ID's and a summary of the issue you need assistance with. Once you leave the information, one of our Cast Members will return your call within 24-48 hours."
