Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- I purchased memory maker with my Disney package. I have not received a card to register MM. Is it already linked to my Magic Band? Can both me and my husband scan? I think Iread I can just start scanning in the park, but I want to make sure that is true.

- Hi Anna!
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Memory Maker is relatively new and we are just getting familiar with it as well. Most likely the Memory Maker product has been linked to your MagicBand. You can log on to My Disney Experience to ensure that it has been added. The way Memory Maker works is that when you purchase it, it is assigned to one person. When you visit the parks, any pictures taken will be added to that person's MagicBand or card. You can view these photos online on the designated person's account at My Disney Experience. In order for other family members to view these, then they must be granted access by being added to memory maker holder's My Disney Experience via the Family & Friends List.
If you wish to reassign the entitlement, before you download any photo or otherwise redeem your Memory Maker purchase, you can reassign the Memory Maker entitlement to any person who has a Disney account and who is connected to your Family & Friends list. Once assigned, that individual will become the owner of the entitlement and this will be linked to their MagicBand. Unfortunately that means that if your family splits up at the park, only the individual assigned to Memory Maker will be able to capture the photos for your family.

It has been a pleasure assisting you and we hope to hear again from you soon! If I can assist with any other questions, please feel free to send them my way!
